Bio

Emmy award-winning host and writer Lisa Mason began her news career in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1987.  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, Lisa joined the Fox affiliate as weekend news anchor where she remained for two years.

In 1989, Lisa joined PBS as anchor, producer and writer.  While there, she anchored the evening newscast and hosted a weekly talk show.  During her five year tenure, Lisa wrote and produced several award-winning documentaries.  Among them was Faces of Aids for which she received an Emmy Award. The Society of Professional Journalism also honored her for her documentary When Children Kill .  In addition, Lisa wrote, hosted and produced The Western Heritage Awards .

In 1995, Lisa was hired by the QVC shopping network in West Chester, Pennsylvania as show host.  She is seen in approximately 90 million homes presenting products and interviewing guests. She regularly works with celebrities and has interviewed Barbara Walters, Hugh Downs, Clint Black and Kathie Lee Gifford to name a few.

Lisa has been involved in other projects, as well.  She was invited to be on the Bravo series Blow Out and was seen on the CBS program 48 Hours. In addition, Lisa has been an in-studio guest on the morning shows of the Philadelphia NBC and FOX affiliates. She has been seen in the pages of Broadcasting and Cable, Lucky magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Insider as well as others.

Lisa and her husband Gino make their home in New York City.
